A “getaway” is needed sometimes. It helps redirect focus. For me, I’m able to catch up on projects and feel reconnected with myself.

Who doesn’t like to travel, especially with the year we just had!?

Lately, for me, it’s been once a month. Not too far away from home either. About a 1 to 2 hour drive in-state makes a good switch.

I visited Wayne State University District (Mid-Town Detroit ). Thanks to Airbnb I had a comfortable space to focus and relax.

I use Airbnb & Klarna to help me travel.

Klarna is able to split payments on travel for Airbnb and so many other retailers (MCM,Sephora,GameStop,etc).

If you’re unfamiliar with Airbnb it is a marketplace for rental homes/apartments. Airbnb has daily, weekly, monthly, and long term rental options. The links are referral links for you to save big on your first home away from home purchase. (I receive a small percentage towards future purchases when you sign up and reserve).

Im all about a natural makeup look. Most of this look surprisingly was drugstore outside of my IPSY gifts I'm blessed with each month. IPSY is a monthly subscription of skincare and makeup based off your complexion and taste (click the ipsy link for more.)

ON TO THE FIT

I seen this ribbed balloon sleeve dress from my former employer, Express, and had to get my hands on it.

The photo paired them with white sneaks which I loved. I needed to find a competitor with good quality and a better price.

Leave H&M to the rescue with these cute platform white sneakers!!!
